Chocolate Ice Cream

1/4l milk
100g chocolate
100g sugar
3 egg yolks
100g sour cream
50g butter cookies

1. Heat the milk and chocolate over very low heat.

2. Work the egg yolks and the sugar.

3. Mix with the milk and heat without waiting for the boil.

4. Let cool and add the sour cream.

5. Put in the ice cream maker for 30 minutes.

6. Break the cookies and mix with the rest.

7. Taste!


I really love chocolate ice cream. That is why I learnt how to prepare it. Then I added the cookies to make the ice cream tastier.
