Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients

One bowl of rice (it is better if it is stored in fridge for one night )
2 eggs
1 carrot
1 scallion
Salt
Pepper sauce (laoganma)

1. Put the eggs in the bowl, beat it until it is distributed on average. Put the pan on the hot plate. When the pan is hot, put some oil in, when the oil is very hot, pull the egg liquid in. When it becomes solid, put it out of pan.

2. Put a little oil in the pan, put half of scallion and the carrot inside and mix it. Now also put the salt needed.

3. Then put the rice in the wok and constantly mix all the materials. If you want, put some pepper sauce or pepper oil.

4. When almost everything inside is well mixed, put the rest scallion in and mix it.
